Arguably Most Important is Strategy
Those that plan ahead get ahead and stay there. Think about strategy as the map to where you want to go. If you were going on a journey to somewhere you have never been before you would not just set out without a map. So equally it would be foolish to have the objective of becoming the number one website or eBusiness in your industry and yet not have a plan of how to get there.
Have a clear strategy. Do a swot analysis on where you are now. Look at your core objectives; what you want to achieve with your eBusiness and eMarketing. Then set out a plan or strategy of how you are going to get there. What tools you are going to use. How much resource you will need. Will you need external help? And so on.
