Although this website is still in its early stage it is about time we talked about eBusiness .
What is eBusiness ?
Is it not just having a website?
No. eBusiness is far more than just having a website or web presence. It is about running that website, portal or presence as an actual business in its own right. That business being able to integrate into that web business a CRM package, ecommerce solutions, marketing, procurement and distribution solutions so that as a business it functions in itself.
It may also include using mix mode selling and marketing meaning being able to sell both online and offline over the phone if needed and to easily recognise customers; whether they contact you via the website, email or phone and sell to their needs.
An eBusiness should aim to drive down costs of business processes and encourage customer retention by getting you closer to your customers and their needs.
